Active Ingredients:

• Tadalafil

Therapeutic actions: Tadalafil contains the active ingredient Tadalafil that belongs to a group of ED preparations called PDE5 inhibitors. Therapeutic effect of the medication is associated with inhibiting enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5. This enzyme is responsible for the breaking down of the cyclic GMP. By inhibiting this enzyme Tadalafil increases the amount of cGMP in the blood vessels of the penis. This results in the relaxation of the blood vessels in the cavernous tissue and increasing blood flow to the penis. Tadalafil improves erection and the ability to perform a successful sexual intercourse. Tadalafil works within 36 hours. The effects of the medication occurs in 16 minutes after application of the medication in the cases of arousal.

Indications:

Tadalafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients over 18 years of age

Contraindications and cautions:

Tadalafil should not be taken in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the medication ingredients
• Children and adolescents under 18 years of age
• Concomitant use of nitrates
